When high definition TVs were new, they were all marked as ‘HD ready TV’. People were buying the HD televisions and not having access to HD programming. Unfortunately people were not thinking about available content when they would buy an HD or a 3D tv. By wearing the glasses to get the 3D effect, a person is somewhat limited as they have to sit almost directly in front of the television.
